As an Athletic Petty Officer in the military, he was responsible for training new recruits; getting them strong and fit in a short period of time. He not only helped them gain strength and drop body fat, but improved their overall health. He implemented a nutritional program that greatly improved the health of the service members. Big L left the military after being injured to pursue a career in fitness modeling. He has been featured on the cover of several novels, music videos and fashion shows. He is currently training individual clients that were determined to make a life change. He knew he could really make a positive difference in people's lives.
